Even if used alone Easy EQ Ge will dramatically improve the sonic qualities on any signal passed through the Colour Palette or CP5. Because Easy EQ Ge sounds so good, it can be used as a tool for mastering tracks or finished mix!
How to Use the Easy EQ Ge Colour Module?
To get the best results out of the Easy EQ Ge you have to forget how you use other EQ’s…You have to be a bit patient and learn how to use it.
The easy EQ Ge is passive Baxandall EQ. It performs and behaves differently than the typical active EQ. The middle position of the trimmers does not set the EQ flat response.
The bands will have an influence on each other which is normal. In fact, this is the main feature of the design. Simple two band EQ can give you almost endless possibilities of tone shaping.
